Need help

I'm new on here and am really hoping for some help. I've been married for years but need suggestions on being a better wife. I need to learn total submission. I think that's the only way to have a harmonious marriage but I'm having trouble letting go. I do talk back and refuse sex. My husband and no man deserve this. Do you have ideas for punishment and humiliation for me. I really want to submit but need to know where to start.

Oh yeah, you should be ashamed and you definitely need to learn to be more accommodating to your hubby and other men
