Why do people Stop Friendship?

Just a general question. Why do people ask to be friends and then stop or unfriend later with no explanation?

I have left our profile open so anyone can view but I am wondering if I need to make it viewable only to friends. I know its anyone's choice to friend or not, but if you are a friend and then stop friendship, it would be nice to know if there is something you didn't like or if it is a site limitation issue or anything.

the whole friend thing is odd to me i especially can stand it when you have someone with a very basic nothing profile who request you and doesnt even say hi kiss my ass or what ever those are the ones i delete right away. I am also starting to delete any profiles with out photos.

I've also found when checking on some of the stopped friendships that the user profile is emptied and they've stopped friendship with everyone, I think it may be an attempt to self delete a profile. In any case you can't let it worry you because it seems to happen rather frequently.

I go through my friends list from time to time and delete people who have blanked their profile and deleted all their photos/vids. If you cant share dont bother me!
