This user has stolen my picture and is using it for their avatar. I need to find out who this is ASAP so I can prosecute.

Oh my God! This person has stolen EVERY picture and video I have ever made! If you have been conversing or messaging with SHAVEDOEN - It is not the same person that is in all of the pics. Those pics and videos belong to me and I am in the process of hunting this bastard down! I have asked admin here to remove everything and I am still waiting! I will do this legally, if necessary. If you know the identity of SHAVEDONE please let me know. I am sorry if you were under the impression that I am a swinging bisexual - I am nothing like that. These were my personal pictures and I am pissed!

That's why I've been considering watermarking everything I post.

And admin here is asking ME for identification instead of the jackass that posted my stuff. You are right - always watermark your pics! I will find out who this is. Their disclaimer is pretty lame, too. "We are not responsible for what people post". Wanna bet????

The issue is, like many user content driven sites, that they are merely hosting user driven and provided content. If you were to provide a DMCA takedown request, to the extent that they have to comply as this site is hosted outside of the U.S., even if it were in the U.S., they would then only need to comply by removing the offending content after it was established that you do have a legal ownership right to said content. As it stands now, you are just another person claiming that this was stolen. To the admins here, you have established and/or provided no proof whatsoever that you actually hold a valid copyright to said works.

Maybe that is why so few people post videos and pictures. I would think that the webmaster would want to do what's right in order to attract more business. Only a few new pictures are posted on this site every week so there must be time to run a good operation. This site has great potential!
