If you where to rate a hotwife which skills / properties would you find most important

Wow, this is a tough one. At first I was going to say she should look the part (sexy body and dresses sexy) and be skilled at flirting. But after thinking about it I realize that although I do like those types I also like the ones that look average (maybe a little chubby and dresses conservative) and act a little shy :)
I guess to answer your question, in my opinion she just has to be married and let me fuck her.
