I’ve noticed that for a guy to really see what he wants to see in a pantiless up skirt, the skirt length, the lighting, angle of view and the women’s leg position have to all be in alignment.

After years of looking myself, when a guy tells me he saw a woman in a bar or restaurant with no panties I put it in the “you wish” category. Strip club, ok, but unless the woman wants you to know she isn’t wearing panties chances of a random pussy siting in a dimly lit bar are slim.
