What to ask

My wife agreed to fill out a 'sex questionairre' and I am hoping to get a list of questions to ask her. I already have a pretty good idea of what to ask, but hoping for a few that might get her thinking, without being off putting.

Any suggestions welcome!

Start out easy with a dozen or so “Have you ever…” type questions.
Next try some “would you ever…” questions
Some scenarios she “Would never do”

Some stand alone questions such as: Something you’ve fantasized about but never thought about doing for real.
Something about her sexual past she’s never told you.
Name of a friend, yours or hers, male or female she’d make out with.
Have her describe in detail, the first time she had sex, gave head, etc. even if it wasn’t with you.

Put the questions in an email so she can answer without you looking over her shoulder.

I don't get how people can't talk to their spouse and verbally ask them what they like or dislike or what they have done sexually in the past or what they might want in the present.If I want to talk to mrs.fister in any type of sexual way I speak my mind,granted I'm married a very long time so I know how to handle rejection;LOL but the first time I asked my wife about her past she didn't think it was strange.Talking without a questionnaire is so much hotter.Its like shes taking a test where talking naturally leads into greater stories and they remember times and just blurt them out.That's how I now know that my wife was part of a train/orgy.I'm telling you once you get started that way she will always talk
