well, my wife loves to give a head while i was driving in the car. she even took off her clothes and stay nude for the whole journey.. but video taping it is quiet hard i guess. if u happens to have a night vision and anti shock camera ( my wife usually do at evening when its darker) it'll be great.. if its only using handphone cameras.. i rather not watching a video than watching a really hard to watch video..

Most modern cars have center consoles that make road head in not impossible, then at least highly uncomfortable for the person giving.
Bench and bucket seats were much better for that particular activity.

Many of the newer vehicles do make it much harder to comfortably give head to the driver. I've often used my coat placed over a console to make it more comfortable. My husband has a pillow specifically for that purpose in his suv.
