I cant help with the issue #1, but there are a lot of rumors going around about cum load quantity...to some degree I admit I like the idea of lots of spooge but more than that - the basic idea is this: the more you are ejaculating during one orgasm, the more pelvic contractions you are having, increase contractions mean you are having longer and more powerful orgasms...and in the end isn't that one of, if not THE main goal(s)? so I really read up. Waiting 3, 4 days between shooting your load helps a great deal...if memory serves right, about 7-10 days is ideal. (yuk, right?). 2nd biggest factor is just staying hydrated....tonz, and tonz of water. Booze is a dehydrator (I just keep that in mind - counter with even more water) and I have also heard mary-jane lowers your potency (again, argh?!). Aside from that, the internet is littered with reports that eating raw celery is many porn star's secret weapon (including Peter North). Apparently many eat a plate of Celery a day before a shoot...I do it personally, though i'm not a porn star; there are some other benefits regarding celery that i wont get into now. I also drink extra water, spend many days edging and span out my ejaculations 3-4 days apart (sometimes more)..though on the day that i finally 'let go', I cum between 2-4 times...I really spill my seed.
I also take herbal supplements: Saw Palmetto, Swedish flower pollen, Vit E, L-Arginine and others every single day. All of these have some research showing that they 'can' increase the quantity of ejaculation (which equal more contractions which equal longer and more dizzying orgasms) and aid in assisting in getting up again relatively quickly after cumming. There are of course those pills out there like SemanX or whatever but I just dont trust 'em...not sure if its the marketing or what but they seem like a scam. GO!...give it all a try!
