Craigs list hookups

Has anyone ever hooked up with someone on Craig's list? There seems to be a ton of 3sum bi and straight opportunities. Describe your experience, good ? bad ?
People you played with Sane? tips for screening potential partners etc.

My wife and I have used CL several times. The good news is, even in a small city like our, we got a lot of hits. To be honest, we had to weed out a few more odd people than usual but the ones who worked worked well. Overall, a very good experience. We had so many hits each time we have posted we had to pull our ad. No way to meet them all.
As I mentioned, there tended to be a few more flakes in the CL contacts. There seemed to be several who assumed that we were just going to invite them to the house and things were going to happen sight unseen. They had expectations of immediate gratification.
Of the ones we met with a second time, they were all polite, decent and fun people. My wife still sees two of them. The others have wandered away but that is part of how this works I suppose.

We've used it several times with good results... just like any other "resource" one has to screen the results!
