Why are some DMW friends profiles blocked to me?

Can anyone inform me why some people on DMW befriend you then block you from viewing, their profile, commenting on their pictures and sending them a message.

Yet they still view and comment on my profile.

Is this the Norm?

This may be because the "Block" link is close to the other buttons. It is difficult to get unblocked because how are you supposed to communicate with them?

If you can contact them, they can unblock users by going to their profile, then clicking on "Banned Users".
