We have always done enemas prior to most of our anal. espeshully important before the first one to clean out the ass and get it warmed up and loose. we both give and recieve ,I get at least 4 liters and hubby gets almost as much. after cleaning out several times we both are ready for anal . if you have never enjoyed enemas you are missing out!
