Bringing someone home from work?

There is a guy I work with that I would like to invite over to the house so that wifey can flirt with him and hopefully give him a blow job. She loves the idea and the more I think about it I want him to come over and fuck her in the ass while I watch. Therein lies a few problems... 1) He is a bit on the shy side and I’m not sure how he will react or if he would go through with it. 2) Small town, we live in a small town and work in an even small and tighter environment, therefore discretion is a must. 3) We have never done anything like this and I have no idea how to get the ball rolling, so to speak.

Any ideas, tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, also if anyone has had any experience with this we would love to hear your stories...

mixing work with pleasure on that level under those circumstances seems disastrous. I suggest take a vacation to a resort or nearby city where the atmosphere will encourage that behavior and take it from there.

That is the biggest concern I have with the situation. Thanks for the advice.

I agree - keep it away from work. In fact, my wife and I would only get together with someone else in another town. Plan a weekend getaway, don't mess up your daily life - keep this as a separate entity.

Have to agree with them. That sounds like a desaster waiting to happen. Small towns are notorious for NO SECRETS!! & that needs to be a secret..

I agree do not mess with where you make a living. I was in management for many years and I have seen it all from someone being passed up for a promotion to being added to a layoff list just because some moralistic moron didn’t agree with the way someone lived their life. Office romance for example. So go somewhere out of town or at least make sure the one you talk with or invite into you adventure know how to keep their mouth shut.

As hot as it seems, and as amazing as it may be if it were to happen, the others are right, keep your sexual adventures away from the workplace. It's not worth the risk.
