Your recollections are great, ocheny. I am thoroughly enjoying them, as I am sure others are, as well.
Reading these reminds me of the good old days, especially the things I wanted to do with my wife, but was unable to at that time and in our area. It would be another 10-20 years before these things caught on and became known about. On the other hand, I did make several attempt at getting her "dogged". It just wasn't happening, yet.
