Like, I don't mean desperate or harassment... But just ask politely or even complement them on how beautiful they are, before asking... (if they are sexy)

Yes I totally agree with that. Most women will find that approach disgusting. Because it is treating them like a sexual object. It's true that if a woman wants sex only they will approach you no problem. You just walking up and asking for it like that no matter how sexy or hot you tell them they are. They will think your just a big pervert/ loser. So you may have to put more effort into it than just that.

Twenty, or so, years ago, a fellow worker where the wife and I worked asked her one day if she would like to have sex with him. Her response was to laugh, and tell him she was getting all the sex she needed from me. I doubt that gave his ego a boost.
