Blacklisted profiles that I'm friends with

Dear Sirs or whoever I have 2 users that are on my friends list but I can't message them or even look at there profiles. One I have emailed one user and he says he didn't blacklist me, the other sent me a message asking for a reply and it keeps telling me I'm blacklisted. please fix it for me. the users are Phantom84, and Mywife7777. Now I'm blocked from easynbama's page and we've been friends 2013, and they are still posting comments on my page. Please could someone fix this for me. Thanks Matt
