Speaking for myself,
Being single, I can't attend the local club,unless I am invited or I bring a consenting female partner.
However the club is not strictly for swapping,it is a social get together,dancing,drinking and yes even conversation,that is how we get to know each other and see if that mutual attraction is there.
After that it boils down to, do you want to stay and play at the club,in private or public, or do you want to take the interested party home and continue?
