My mother wasn't particularly religious, but she did have some rather puritanical views on sex.
I'm pretty sure with her it was: Missionary, under the covers, lights out.
She believed sex was one of those things women were just supposed to endure, like menstrual cramps and painful childbirth.
Only "sluts" enjoyed sex. Oral sex was on par with bestiality. Sex between members of the same gender was an abomination. Not kidding when I say she once said she'd rather I be raped by a man than have consensual sex with another girl.
She didn't watch me like a hawk but at the end of the day, I had to account for just about every minute of the day when I wasn't at home or in school.
