Gangbangs...
Well one way is to find an adult theater in your area that hosts gangbangs. For example around Chicago there is the 15th Ave. Bookstore, and in Gary there is CT's. If you go this route you can easily control things and there is always the "being seen" scene which can lively things up.
If you prefer something a bit more private sometimes you can find "alternate" scenes happening in your area. Once again in Chicago there is a gangbang group on Yahoo. The group sort of sets these things up and everyone has fun.
You can try the adult club route, where you go to the private club and there are a lot of people around (using single women, couples and a few single guys). This is another easy way and more protected.
Finally if you do decide to set it up yourself, here are some things to consider. First, host it at a hotel; don't do it at your house/apt. unless you know the guys well. You can find fruits, nuts and flakes every where. Secondly, advertise - you might try Craigslist.com - it works! Have the guys send you "full person" g-rated pics - you want to know what they look like, You'd be surprised at who shows up. Third, have them give you their cell phone so on the day of the event you can call them and tell them when and where. And have them call you when they get to the hotel so you can give them the room number! Fourth, plan for 3 times the number of guys you want to show up - take my word for it most don't show up!!!!
