If you just invite another person into your sex life without her consent she will probably be too nervous to enjoy the sex. It sounds like she is quite turned on by the prospect of another man but she is not comfortable with that kind of talk unless she is in the throws of passion.
You need to be working on her inhibitions more than you need to be trying to talk her into something she is nervous about, at least that's our opinion. If you are in the US there is a good chance she was raised to believe that those kind of urges were something to be ashamed of. You need to change those beliefs, if she has them. Basically explain to her that it is OK for her to give in to those urges from time to time.
Don't talk her into something she may very well feel guilty about. Train her away from those feelings with kind words and fun sex. Use a dildo on her while she gives you oral and explain to her that she sucks so much with the dildo in place. Or put on MFM porn and ask her to observe how much the female enjoys the ol' double stuff! It will be only a matter of time and she will want to give you what you are wanting.
