No doesnt mean no in a rapeplay idiot, thats what safewords are for. You have a word like coconut, thats the word that really means whoa this is too much stop. The point of rapeplay is to pretend that shes saying no. Why do people with little experience in bdsm chime in on issues they arent skilled in.
Also the contracts are a symbol, if your neighbor calls the police cause your wifes screaming stop and they get there, instead of thinking she may be lying to protect an abusive husband, which happens a lot, you show them youre just a couple who likes to play games in bed.
