So I live in a small city, and know lots of people who would love to have a place to go and have sex parties. Does anyone have any ideas about how to start one, can it be in a private residence?

Have your own party. If your place isn't suitable, rent a condo or hotel room. Invite a few friends. Our first home fashioned glory hole was made from a shower curtain. (The current version is velvet.) Have fun!
