It depends on your state/local laws as some states require all parties in the room to know they are being recorded while others only require one person to know. If it was done with her consent then sure I would watch it but otherwise it is disrespectful to your wife and you should be ashamed of yourself. Sorry to rain on your parade...

Not a good idea. Probably illegal. Definitely a lousy thing to do to any woman. It's on the same level as spiking her drink or stealing from her. You would be taking unfair advantage of her. You would also be stealing from her two things of significant value: her privacy and her right to control how and if she shares her image. I know that the idea of doing something like that might intrigue you (hell, it intrigues me for that matter), But, down deep you obviously suspect that it would be wrong to do so (otherwise, you would not have asked the question). I am not "holier than thou." But, man, do the right thing and control that impulse. If you give in to it and post a video displaying her without her prior approval, when she discovers your treachery, kiss your relationship good-bye! (Maybe a good chunk of your assets too.)

My answer to your second question- If I knew beforehand that it was secretly filmed and distributed without her permission, I wouldn't watch it. There is so much titillating stuff on this site that is intentionally shared, I would have no trouble avoiding an impulse to sneak a peek at your wife.
