Wife wants to go Berlin with colleague

My wife asks me if its alright for me that she go's to Berlin with a male colleague of her. They mail and text each other often and they get turned on by it. They talk about everything. At work they talk a lot but they didn't had any fysical contact with each other. Now he asked her is she wantend to join him in his worktrip to Berlin for 2 - 3 days.
She is hesitating.
What should you recommend?

It has to be her choice. If she is hesitant, then I have to wonder if she really wants to go.
If you start telling her what she can or can't do, you are at the start of a downward spiral.
Surely you can trust her to respect herself.

The only problem why she hesitates is that there are 2 other colleagues who will be there and they can't be seen togheter.

let her have some time alone. You'll be rewarded. I paid for a weekend at a casino in Lawrenceburg, In for deb and her lover in exchange for a video of the event. It was great and we continue to enjoy the moment

If you both want it, why not? They will have to be careful though, or she'll soon have quite a reputation at the work place. That happened to me once and I had to change jobs because of it. Since then I've never personally screwed around at work.
