Try alcohol. Seems most of the stories we read here about the first time a woman does this kind of sex, alcohol is involved.

Start out by talking about it during sex. She may just be into the fantasy during sex, but it will get her thinking about it. Slowly you can bring it up during foreplay or at random times (you look great, see how he's checking you out? that sort of thing). Don't bring it up every time during sex though.

And when she's warmed up to the idea, alcohol will probably be involved the first time. Maybe you just put her online and see who responds at first. Eventually she'll either shut it down or go all in. You can't force her though.
