Your wife needs to find another Dr.
When a woman is due for her annual mammogram, she should be able to just call the Dr. and he schedules it for her.
Most women do their own self exam and if they find something of concern, a general practitioner should refer to to a specialist.
I don't know of any time I've had to have my upper body examined by a Dr. (male or female) when they didn't step out of the room, have me remove any pertinent clothing and put on an examination gown.
Any Dr. who wants to continue to practice medicine should have enough sense to have another woman in the room with him when he's with a female patient.
If the Dr. examining a woman's breast needs that woman's husband to point out areas he missed, that Dr. is incompetent.
Like I said, your wife needs to find another Dr.

I think this is sort of a forbidden fruit type thing. There are certain places our wives go and are exposed to others that we men are normally excluded from and maybe that’s what generates the eroticism to these scenarios. My fiancee's former boyfriend is a physician. He has told me that exams that require women to disrobe are always a concern. He always has a female nurse in rooms and patients in gowns before he enters exam rooms. He has never been alone in a exam room with a woman who was disrobed. He said that if he has to touch a sensitive area of a female patient, he'll do so only if a female nurse is present.

He also told me that unless its a minor, he does not like family members in exam rooms because they always interrupt. With girls, he prefers their mothers are in the exam room along with a female nurse.

Physicians examine disrobed women many times a day. It;s far too easy for one to make an untrue allegation in order to justify a lawsuit. It's easy to see why physicians do not examine disrobed women without a female witness present. USC had to pay almost a billion dollar settlement due to its gynecologist committing sex crimes against coeds.

BTW, during the entire time my fiancee dated her former boyfriend, he was never her physician. He wrote he one prescription for a few meds until she could see another physician. He gave her medical advice all the time. But he never examined her. If she needed a medical exam, he arranged it with o physician he knew and trusted. To this very day, if she has a medical problem, she'll call him for advice. He is a genuinely nice guy. I get along extremely well with him. Of all the men my fiancee has dated since her first boyfriend, she has remained closest friends with him. She loves him but she's not in love with him nor has she ever been in love with him.

Another BTW, my fiancee's former boyfriend's primary hobby is photography. He has a small fortune sunk into photography equipment. He has taken the best photos of my fiancee I have ever seen. My fiancee completely trusts him him with the thousands of nude images of her he has and the at least a hundred of porn videos of her he has.
