Takes forever to get a pic/vid approved. More mods maybe?

I posted 10 pics the other day and they were approved within a couple of hours.
I'm just guessing that the mod position is a part time one and you have to catch them when you can.

We don't see any uploaded files from your account, maybe you just forgot to click Upload button?

But seriously, moderation takes up to 24 hours, but it often goes faster.
