One of the women my husband dates is an A cup. But a very pretty woman and I am jealous of her nipples. Puffy and erect nipples even at rest. When stimulated they grow to about a 1/2 inch. Lovely.

I had three growth spurts related to my chest.
Puberty, they didn't do much. Even prior to that, I always had prominent nipples. After puberty, my nipples still where the attention getters.
About the time I became sexually active, I had my 2nd growth spurt. Still not much to see. Barely got me out of training bras.
In my early 20's I had finally had boobs. I'm no Dolly Parton by any stretch of the imagination but I guess I do alright.
One thing I learned as I grew up. Guys like boobs. A guy who fantasizes about Dolly Parton, is just as ecstatic to see barely there ones.
Tell your wife to chill. If a guy doesn't like what she has to offer, find someone who does.
