Your photos aren't approved yet, the admin approves photos about once a week.
This is to keep idiots from uploading kiddee porn.

No doubt you will get lots of comments on your pictures once we can see them!

Look to the left side of your profile page. (at least on PC it's on the left)
You should see "My Content Advisor".
Click on that. It will show you the status of any resent uploads you've made.
It should say something like "Pending approval" or "rejected"
Also, if you delete a file (photo) there's a wait time before you can repost it.
