Look at their profile and you'll see a link on the right that says "Block this user". ( I just looked it up on your profile, it's there right under the link buttons for become friends and add comments) That should do it but I'm not sure about the chat room. Should be a link there though, to do the same thing. I've seen very few chatrooms that do not have a block user function.

Yeah, follow through with what Corwin said. I had to block a guy on here too.
