Contract
I would draw up a simply BDSM contract stating the activities performed and that its consensual and have her sign and date it. This way you have something in writing by her! Its too easy for a spouse to become disgruntled and then tell you to do something and call the police afterwards and claim it was abuse. WHen my ex and i were married and she brought up wanting to rapeplay, i did some poking around online and read articles where its happened. Since we had a touch and go marriage anyway i decided to have her write it down. I had her do it in the spirit of kinkiness, so she was none the wiser. Paid off cause when we headed for divorce court she told me she would tell everyone how i forced her to have sex. I reminded her of the contract and that i still had it locked away in a safe place! Saved my hiney for sure!
